In Spain the hob is usually connected with a cable and a plug. That means Innohome EVO can be retrofitted into existing homes without building work and without an electrician.

The parts of the system
The system has two parts: a wireless sensor that monitors the temperature of the cooking area, and a control unit connected between the socket and the hob. When the sensor detects a risk situation it alerts the user and, if there is no reaction, the control unit cuts the power.
